About Us

T&P Fueling Solutions began in 1960 as Tank & Pump Services, founded by O.J. Garber in Palestine, Texas. His wife, Opal Garber, was the company’s very first employee, helping establish the business as a true family operation. For nearly three decades, the Garber family built a reputation for quality work, personal attention, and a commitment to safety while serving service stations and businesses throughout East Texas.

In 1988, Eddie Jowell, O.J. Garber’s son-in-law, kept the company in the family by purchasing it from O.J. and continuing to expand its services and reputation for excellence. Under Eddie’s leadership, Tank & Pump Services evolved with the changing needs of the fueling industry. In 2009, longtime employee Kyle McGill acquired the company, marking the beginning of a new era of growth and technical innovation. T&P Fueling Solutions soon earned Verifone VASC certification, followed by Gilbarco ASC and, more recently, Wayne ASO accreditation, while also becoming fully licensed for UST A & B and Veeder-Root ASC support.

In 2018, the company relocated to its permanent home in Frankston, Texas. Today, T&P Fueling Solutions proudly serves fueling retailers across East Texas, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Alabama—with some operations extending into Louisiana—delivering over six decades of trusted and comprehensive fueling infrastructure support.
